CBN Examination Preparation and Examination Restrictions

CBN Certification Committee Members
Committee members have agreed not to participate in CBN examination preparation activities, including developing, teaching, or reviewing examination preparation materials, during their service.

CBN Certification Council Members
Council members are prohibited from participating in CBN examination preparation activities or taking the CBN Examination during their service and for 24 months following the conclusion of their service. Former Council members with active restrictions include:

• Barbara Cooper – Restrictions end August 17, 2028
• William Gourash – Restrictions end June 30, 2028
• Amy Smith – Restrictions end January 24, 2028

CBN Examination Development Contributors
We recognize the individuals who have contributed their expertise to the development and maintenance of the CBN Examination. Those listed below are prohibited from participating in CBN examination preparation activities or taking the CBN Examination during their service and for 24 months following the conclusion of their service.
