Verification of Credentials
The CBN Certification Program provides verification of certification status through a public registry and an online verification request process.
Public Registry
The public registry serves as the primary method for confirming certification status. It is updated twice annually to reflect certification status changes, including newly certified individuals following examination cycles and certificants reaching the end of their certification cycle. The CBN Certification Program makes every effort to ensure accurate information; however, occasional delays in updates or human or technical errors may occur.

Request Verification
If additional verification is needed beyond the public registry, a request may be submitted using the online verification request form. All verification requests must be submitted through the online form. Requests submitted via email are not accepted. Please complete the form at the link below:

Requests are processed and fulfilled via email. Only information necessary to confirm certification status is disclosed. Examination scores, disciplinary information, and other confidential records are not released unless required by law.
Concerns regarding certification status or suspected misuse of the CBN credential may be reported through the CBN Feedback and Reporting Form.
