The Certified Bariatric Nurse (CBN) Certification Program is committed to maintaining the integrity, credibility, and professional standards of the CBN credential. Feedback from certificants, employers, colleagues, and the public plays an important role in supporting these efforts.
This page provides a mechanism to submit feedback, report concerns, or share positive experiences related to the CBN certification program or individuals holding the CBN credential.
What Can Be Submitted
Submissions may include, but are not limited to:
- Observed misuse of the CBN credential or logo
- Ethical or professional conduct concerns involving a CBN certificant
- Potential conflicts of interest
- Concerns related to examination or certification processes
- General feedback or suggestions for program improvement
- Positive testimonials or recognition of certificants
Exam Security Concerns
The CBN Certification Program takes examination security seriously. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of exam content is a violation of CBN policies, may compromise the integrity of the certification process, and may result in disciplinary action.
If you become aware of exam questions or content posted online (including websites, social media, or study groups), individuals sharing or soliciting exam questions, or unauthorized distribution of exam materials, please report this immediately using the CBN Feedback and Reporting Form.
Providing links, screenshots, or other supporting documentation is strongly encouraged.

Confidentiality and Review Process
All submissions are reviewed by the CBN Certification Program in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Information will be handled confidentially to the extent possible
- Submissions are reviewed and, if appropriate, referred to the CBN Certification Council
- Additional information may be requested if needed to support review
