Primary Role at ASMBS: As CEO, Dr. Enos provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to drive the ASMBS mission forward. She serves as the key connection between the Board of Directors and the staff, aligning efforts across the organization to grow member impact, advance care delivery, and accelerate access and equity in obesity treatment.

Kristie Kaufman
Executive Vice President (ASMBS) & Executive Director (TREO Foundation)
Primary role at ASMBS: Leads operations and personnel management across ASMBS, overseeing meeting planning, education, and communications. She ensures seamless coordination across teams, drives strategic execution of programs, and supports the Society’s mission by elevating the member and attendee experience at every touchpoint.
Primary role at TREO Foundation: Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, ensuring the foundation fulfills its mission to advance initiatives.

Jennifer Wynn, CAE
Vice President, Governance, Credentialing and Membership Strategy
Primary role at ASMBS: Serves as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors and leads the Society’s governance, membership, and credentialing strategies. She ensures alignment between leadership and operational goals, oversees the development of robust membership initiatives, and advances certification programs that support excellence in obesity care and professional standards across the field.

Kim Carmichael
Comptroller
Primary role at ASMBS: Leads the financial operations of ASMBS, managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and investment oversight. She ensures sound fiscal management and compliance while supporting the Society’s strategic goals with financial clarity and integrity.
Primary role at TREO Foundation: Oversight of all financial operations including AP/AR and investments for TREO.

James Osterhout, MEd
Senior Director, Information Technology and Web Services
Primary role at ASMBS: Leads all IT systems administration and digital infrastructure for ASMBS, overseeing web services, database management, and software development. He drives technology solutions that enhance organizational efficiency, ensure data integrity, and support a seamless experience for members, staff, and stakeholders across ASMBS platforms.
