At ASMBS, everything we do is in service of our members and the patients whose lives they change every day. Our staff is committed to supporting your work, leadership, and voice as we advance advocacy, strengthen scientific programming, streamline operations, and respond to real-time challenges. Our focus is to ensure you can concentrate on delivering high-quality, transformative obesity care and advancing the field.

Our work is grounded in three core values: People, Service, and Integrity. We invest in a dedicated staff team that elevates member impact, measure our success by how effectively and responsively we serve our community, and lead with honesty, transparency, and accountability. Together, these values guide how we operate, build trust, and partner with you to move the mission forward.
