This monthly event will alternate between either a review of a landmark article or a discussion of the technical aspects of a video and will feature prominent authors and technical experts. This event is organized by Dr. Faiz Shariff and Dr. Juyeon Park and will be moderated by members of the Bariatric Surgery Training Committee. Each session will also be co-moderated by a current bariatric surgery fellow.

Participants will explore topics such as employment prospects, compensation models, and access to care, while also examining the broader policy landscape that shapes clinical practice and patient access. The lecture is designed to promote discussion around the importance of multimodal obesity care and the value of early professional engagement.
