Jackie Roth, MS RD LD

I completed my dietetic internship in 2010 from The University of Missouri and my master’s degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2012. I am passionate about nutrition and wellness and love inspiring people to become the best version of themselves. I have worked in the outpatient setting since 2011 and love providing individualized nutrition plans to each patient I see. I currently work predominately in bariatric department of NKCH where I have developed and implemented the nutrition component of the program. In 2021 I am taking on a new role as a Program Development Specialist where I will collaborate with the leadership team and assume responsibility for the development of the bariatric surgery and medical weight management program.
