Srinivas Kaza, MD

Dr. Kaza is Board Certified in General Surgery, with expertise and advanced training in Advanced Laparoscopic and Minimally Invasive Bariatric Surgery. Dr. Kaza completed his surgical residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, Cornell University in Brooklyn, NY and his Advanced Laparoscopic & Bariatric Surgery Fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX.

Dr. Kaza has extensive experience in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgical procedures involving the upper gastrointestinal and colorectal regions and bariatrics. He is a pioneer in this field, being one of the first epicenter surgeons in the country, teaching robotic surgery to both national and international surgeons. He has performed over 1,000 robotic surgeries, making him one of the highest volume robotic and minimally invasive surgeons in Palm Beach County.

Dr. Kaza is Director of Bariatric and Robotic Surgery at Wellington Regional Medical Center, Associate Professor of Surgery for University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and exclusive surgeon at Select Specialty Hospital. He was Chief of Surgery at Wellington Regional Medical Center and served as faculty for Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES). He has published numerous articles in peer review journals.
