Sanjiv Gray, MD FACS DABOM DABS- FPMBS CNSC

Dr. Sanjiv F. Gray serves as Trauma Medical Director and Co-Director of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital. Board-certified in surgery and surgical critical care, with additional expertise in bariatric and metabolic surgery, he brings advanced training to some of the most complex and urgent cases.

Dr. Gray has proudly served Central Florida since 2016, caring for patients through trauma, emergency surgery, critical care, and weight-loss surgery. He is also passionate about teaching, holding faculty positions at several medical schools, including the University of South Florida, where he helps train the next generation of physicians.

Above all, Dr. Gray treats every patient like family; combining deep clinical expertise with genuine compassion and care. Outside the hospital, he cherishes time with his wife and three daughters, whether traveling together, attending concerts, or cheering the girls on in their academic and extracurricular achievements.
