I founded Transform with the goal of disrupting commercial weight loss programs by using science and biometrics to determine treatment. Our mission and vision is to TRANSFORM LIVES with sustainable weight loss solutions. I did the first day-case sleeve gastrectomy in our free-standing ambulatory surgery center in 2008. Our team has performed thousands of ASC outpatient bariatric surgeries and helped others start ambulatory programs. Ambulatory day-case bariatric surgery is safe, affordable, and imprroves access to care. It’s the future of metabolic bariatric surgery and will ultimately change the delivery of this life saving treatment. Transform Weight Loss offers a comprehensive, customized, compassionate weight loss program in retail and via telehealth platforms. We have a robust non surgical program called Transform At Home. We have locations in Seattle and Portland but plan to expand our brand beyond the Pacific Northwest through Transform Health Partners.
