Dr. Melman FACS FASMBS specializes in Minimally Invasive Surgery using small incisions to treat a wide variety of conditions including obesity, hernias, and reflux disease. She also specializes in Abdominal Wall Reconstruction for complex multiply recurrent hernias. She has a special interest in Fast-Track Surgery, the science of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery, utilizing proven protocols to decrease pain and speed healing after surgery.
