Dr. Lloyd Stegemann, a private practice, board certified general surgeon, focuses his practice exclusively on medical and surgical weight loss. He currently serves at the Medical Director of the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery program at Bay Area Hospital in Corpus Christi, TX. Dr. Stegemann has been an active leader in the field of bariatric surgery in Texas and on the national level. He has served in numerous leadership positions in the Texas Association for Bariatric Surgery (TABS) and the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons.
