Since 2022, I have supported the implementation of data-driven quality improvement initiatives through the ASMBS and ACS-NSQIP platforms. My work focuses on the analysis of surgical outcomes in metabolic and bariatric procedures, with emphasis on patient safety, readmissions, and performance trends. I collaborate closely with bariatric and general surgeons to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and interpretation of outcomes to meet national benchmarks and accreditation standards. Additionally, I have participated in institutional-level quality improvement projects, and I actively contribute to surgical safety, educational compliance, and performance optimization. My professional goal is to continue contributing to the advancement of bariatric surgery quality and patient outcomes through evidence-based performance improvement strategies at both institutional and national levels.
