Jorge Robledo Gonzalez, MD, FACS

Dr. Jorge Robledo González is a Board-Certified General Surgeon and Bariatric Surgery Specialist based in Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico. He completed his specialty training at the Hospital Civil de Morelia (UNAM) and holds an Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery Diploma and Bariatric Surgery Diploma from Hospital Angeles Tijuana.
As founder and director of the Unidad de Diagnóstico Quirúrgico Morelia y Obesity Surgery Center, Dr. Robledo specializes in minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures, metabolic and bariatric surgery, abdominal wall hernias, and complex digestive reconstructions. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and an active member of the Colegio Mexicano de Cirugía para la Obesidad y Enfermedades Metabólicas (CMCOEM) and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS).
