Surgeon specializing in general, bariatric, and metabolic surgery. For the past 10 years, I have led the bariatric surgery program at Hospital Escuela Dr. Madariaga in Posadas, Argentina. I trained at the National University of Rosario and completed specializations in general surgery at the Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires, the Cleveland Clinic Florida, and the NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. More recently, I completed a surgical fellowship at the MetroHealth System (Cleveland, USA) and the Humanitas Institute (Milan, Italy). I am a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a member of ASMBS and IFSO. Additionally, I hold certification in robotic surgery with the da Vinci System. I speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese. My practice focuses on surgical innovation, developing new strategies in bariatric surgery, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patients' quality of life.
