Jill Myers, MSN, RN, CBN, NPD-BC Jill Myers is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in clinical education, leadership, and bariatric program coordination. With a Master of Science in Nursing Administration and Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, she has developed a strong foundation in healthcare management, staff development, and patient-centered care. Currently serving as the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Coordinator and Clinical Reviewer at Mary Washington Hospital, Jill plays a pivotal role in coordinating the hospital’s bariatric program, ensuring accreditation readiness, conducting surgical chart reviews, and providing pre-operative education. She is committed to improving patient outcomes and supporting staff through comprehensive education initiatives. Prior to her current role, Jill served as a Nurse Manager for the General Surgery Unit, where she supervised clinical staff, managed productivity, handled patient concerns, and facilitated staff development. Her leadership ensured the delivery of high-quality care while fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. Her experience as a Nurse Educator further highlights her passion for staff training and professional development. In this role, she developed and maintained education plans for the Women’s and Children’s Care Center, coordinated the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), led new hire orientations, and facilitated education on new healthcare products.
