I´m Bariatric Surgeon with a long process of training, begining in Brazil,with the development of tne technical issues of laparoscopic RYGB in 2003.We implemented a muldisciplinary team, resembling all the learned facts, and working in the surgical skills permanently. In the posterior years, we implemented the gastric band,sleeve gastrectomy,revisional surgery. Since 2017,we began to do ileal surgery,performing SADIS,and in 2023 we began with SASI. Nearly 12000 surgeries since then.
