For over the last 4 years, I have been blessed to work with a leading bariatric-metabolic surgeon who has shared her expertise in the role as Metabolic Bariatric Coordinator (CBN) for 3.5 years and for the last 5 months, I have transitioned over to Bariatric and Metabolic Quality and Outcomes Coordinator (MBSCR) My nursing career has been defined by spearheading multi-disciplinary teams which include healthcare professionals as well as financial and insurance subject matter experts. I am passionate about patient advocacy and patient-centered care, committed to fostering innovate solutions that not only improve health outcomes but also embody financial stewardship and collaboration among healthcare providers. Guided by a vision for advancing value-based healthcare, I am deeply motivated to inspire meaningful, sustainable changes across the healthcare landscape.
