Dr. Rogers is a Professor of Surgery at the Penn State College of Medicine. She is a past president of the Pennsylvania chapter of the ASMBS, known as PSBS. She has published and presented nationally and internationally on metabolic and bariatric surgery. She is the Immediate Past President of the ASMBS.
