Dr. Andrew Luhrs is a bariatric and general surgeon University Surgical Associates and Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He received his medical degree from Temple Medical School of Medicine where he was inducted as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his surgical residency at Brown University and completed his minimally invasive and bariatric surgery fellowship at Duke University. His research interests include outcomes after revisional bariatric surgery and socioeconomic disparities in access to surgery and outcomes thereafter.
