Hilda Santiago, MS RDN LDN

Hilda Santiago, MS, RDN, LDN, is a bilingual bariatric dietitian and diabetes educator, who joined Ascension St. Agnes bariatric surgery team in August 2024. Hilda brings extensive experience from her previous roles in community nutrition with the Florida Department of Health, as well as specialized expertise in inpatient clinical nutrition and diabetes management at Johns Hopkins University. Hilda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Central Florida. She is an active member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) and is a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credentialed by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
