The throughput tools in this section were designed to assist with maximizing the speed and efficiency of patient flow through the bariatric program surgical process. The aim of this section is to 1) help facilitate easy and efficient flow from the initial patient contact with the bariatric program through long term postoperative care and 2) track patient flow and facilitate completion of all necessary steps in the pre and post-surgical process. Tools in this section can help you develop efficient patient tracking systems, and help guide patients through your program’s components.
