Keeping up with these changes and best practices can be difficult.  The Surgical Excellence, LLC team is here to help you provide the latest clinical and risk reduction training, documentation, and support!  Our services are not limited to the specific services delineated.

For example, regularly taught on-line courses include, Ideas for Providing Size-Sensitive Care (for Licensed Providers) and Ideas for Providing Size-Sensitive Care (for Unlicensed Providers).  Live courses include training staff members on the “How and Why” of using bariatric and general risk management tools.

Our team is so diverse that we feel we can consult with you on any topic relevant to increasing quality and safety while reducing risks in general and bariatric surgery.  We often provide fee-based consulting to programs after our specific service-price engagement concludes.  We also provide educational training on-site or online.
