To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition Services and 2-3 years of experience in a clinical or outpatient environment practicing nutritional evaluations and counseling. Dietetic Registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration, licensure through the State Education Department and active membership in the American Dietetic Association are all required. Strong patient relations, ability to run support groups /open houses, and excellent oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills will be expected. Master’s Degree preferred.

Qualifications include: Must have a current California RN license and ACLS/BLS, would prefer Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Must be a Certified Bariatric Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing in a bariatric setting.
